We are seeking a Receptionist cum Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, professional, and capable of handling both front desk duties and administrative tasks related to real estate operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a vital role in supporting day-to-day office and property management activities.

Reception Duties:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries
  • Schedule property viewings and manage calendars for agents
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Offer refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to clients and guests upon arrival
  • Ensure that the front desk area reflects a professional and hospitable environment at all times

Real Estate Administrative Support:

  • Prepare tenancy contracts, Form A/B, MOUs, and other real estate documentation
  • Update property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.
  • Coordinate with agents, landlords, and tenants regarding documents and appointments
  • Assist in preparing property flyers, brochures, and marketing materials
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, deals, and client information
  • Track and follow up on lease renewals, cheque collections, and document deadlines

Office Support:

  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and management
  • Coordinate with service providers, couriers, and maintenance staff when needed

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (real estate experience in Dubai preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Dubai real estate platforms and RERA documents is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Presentable appearance and a client-focused, polite attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be based in Dubai and available immediately or on short notice

Education:

  • High school diploma minimum
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
