Receptionist cum Secretary

  • Answering telephone calls and if needed, directing callers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Welcoming visitors to the office.
  • Attend to all customer queries and interactions with courtesy and respect.
  • Correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Maintain the reception area,
  • Overseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well stocked.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings for MD.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for Senior Management
  • Making presentations in powerpoint and pdf
  • Maintain order books and update them from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,200.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • receptionist/secretary: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (Preferred)
