Receptionist cum Secretary

· Front Desk Management:

Greet and assist visitors, manage the reception area, issue visitor badges, and provide general information.

· Communication:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and manage emails and correspondence.

· Scheduling:

Manage appointment calendars, book meeting rooms, and coordinate schedules for staff and clients.

· Administrative Support:

Sort and distribute mail, make copies, handle faxes, order office supplies, and perform data entry.

· Office Upkeep:

Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area and ensure common supplies (like coffee/fridge) are stocked.

· Logistics:

Arrange travel, book couriers, and assist with facility issues or security procedures.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Professional demeanor, friendly attitude, and problem-solving ability.

· Proficiency with office equipment and basic software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
