Receptionist cum Secretary

· Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

· Manage the front desk by answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls, taking messages, and providing information as needed.

· Ensure all visitors are properly registered and directed to the appropriate person or department.

· Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

· Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

· Drafting business letters , meeting minutes etc under the supervision of Manager

· Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.

· Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • receptionist/secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
