Receptionist cum Secretary

JOB TITLE: Female Receptionist cum Secretary (0-1 Year Experience)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) – Certificate must be attested
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English (mandatory)
  • Female candidates only
  • UAE experience not mandatory – Freshers can apply
  • Must be smart, presentable, and well-organized

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2,000
  • Own visa /Spouse visa Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk operations and receive visitors professionally
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
  • Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
  • Prepare letters, reports, and basic documents
  • Manage emails and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate with staff and management for daily office tasks
  • Ensure office cleanliness and proper arrangement at reception area

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic administrative and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
