About the Role

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Telephone Operator to join our Customer Help Desk team. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to manage both front desk and telephone operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer calls promptly.
  • Provide general information and handle basic customer queries.
  • Maintain visitor logs, call records, and support administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Uphold confidentiality and organizational service standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in reception/telephone operations or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
  • MANDATORY Multilingual ability (Arabic / Tagalog / Urdu) preferred.
  • Professional grooming, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Self Visa or Husband Visa preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
