Receptionist & Event Coordinator

We are seeking a confident, creative, and customer-focused Receptionist & Event Coordinator to join our nursery team.

This role combines front-desk excellence with event coordination, creativity, and social media support.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Parent Relations

  • Greet parents, children, and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Manage calls, inquiries, and walk-ins efficiently
  • Maintain positive parent relationships
  • Support general administrative tasks

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate nursery events, celebrations, theme days, and graduations
  • Work closely with the décor team for event setups
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and coverage
  • Ensure smooth execution of events from concept to completion

Creativity & Social Media

  • Contribute creative ideas for art, crafts, and themed activities
  • Support décor concepts with hands-on creative input
  • Assist in creating engaging content for social media (photos, captions, reels, stories)
  • Maintain brand consistency in all event-related posts

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Arabic or additional language is an added advantage
  • Strong creative skills in arts & crafts
  • Social media awareness and basic content creation skills
  • Pleasant, positive, and presentable personality
  • Highly customer-oriented
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Experience in reception, events, or early years setting preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Social media : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Event coordination: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Compère: 1 year (Required)
