Receptionist (Female)

One of our client required Female Receptionist for their Dubai Office!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, couriers).
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients, visitors, and staff as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
