One of our client required Female Receptionist for their Dubai Office!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, couriers).
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Provide information and assistance to clients, visitors, and staff as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
