Receptionist (Female)

Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant administrative or business field.
  • Basic knowledge or previous experience in Accounting and Human Resources (HR).
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks (such as data entry, invoice tracking, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department (such as filing, attendance tracking, etc.).
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.
