Job Description
- Warmly greet and receive patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Efficiently handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing processes using hospital management software (HMS).
- Provide accurate and timely information about hospital services, departments, and facilities to patients and visitors.
- Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff including doctors, nurses, and support departments to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, and guide patients to appropriate departments or service areas as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date front office documentation, including appointment logs, patient records, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and established patient safety protocols.
- Uphold confidentiality and security of patient records and all sensitive information in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in the management of waiting areas, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and a positive patient experience.
- Adhere strictly to hospital protocols, including safety, hygiene, and infection control guidelines.
- Play a key role in delivering a patient- centric and efficient front office service, contributing to an overall positive hospital experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
