Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Female)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Salary: PKR 45,000 - 50,000

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails, and route them to relevant departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with front desk security procedures.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding real estate projects and services.
  • Coordinate with sales and management teams to schedule client meetings and appointments.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document handling.
  • Support daily office operations and facilitate smooth internal communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
