Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Female)

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails, and route them to relevant departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with front desk security procedures.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding real estate projects and services.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to schedule client meetings and appointments.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Support daily office operations and facilitate smooth internal communication.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
