Receptionist - Female

Arfeen Real Estate is looking for a well-presented and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our Ajman office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle daily administrative tasks in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and manage phone calls, messages, and general inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with the sales team
  • Maintain and organize documents, records, and basic office files
  • Provide support to staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Candidate Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and data entry
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role is an advantage
