Location: Islamabad – Blue Area (On-Site)
Salary: PKR 40,000 per month
Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day
Work Schedule: 5.5 Days per Week
Joining: Immediate Hiring

About the Role

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and confident Female Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional attitude to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the relevant departments
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized, presentable, and welcoming
  • Assist different departments with general office coordination when required

Requirements

  • Female candidate only
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Prior receptionist / front desk / administrative experience will be an advantage
