FIND_THE_RIGHTJOB.
1. Attend calls while following established protocols.
2. Check emails daily and forward important messages to the management
3. Organise the visitor log register by adding important details about each visitor.
4. Maintain an effective register for staff absences, short leaves, and official duty (OD) requests.
5. Check all staff attendance three times a day and report any violations to the HR Manager.
6. Perform a daily walk-through of the building, conference rooms, and general office area to ensure rooms are set up for use as per the checklist.
7. Keep the reception area tidy and organised.
8. Greet visitors upon entry, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to their designated destinations.
8. Observe the neatness of the office daily.
9. Ensure that unauthorized individuals are not granted access to the building.
10. Accompany visitors to the appropriate desk or meeting room as needed.
11. Complete any other assignments as directed by the MD or HR Manager.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
