Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless daily operations at the salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assist with their inquiries and appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client bookings using salon software.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment logs.
• Process payments and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and reporting when required.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree (preference for business or accounting backgrounds).

· Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Familiarity with salon management or billing software is an added advantage.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

· Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

· Prior experience in cash handling or front-desk roles is a plus.

· Preference for candidates residing in or near Malir Cantt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
