Job Description:

We are seeking a well-organized and professional Receptionist cum Admin Officer to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The role includes handling calls, greeting visitors, managing office documents, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure professional reception area handling.
  • Assist with filing, documentation, and office correspondence.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and office supplies management.
  • Provide general support to the HR/Admin department as needed.

Requirements:

  • Under Graduate or intermediate (preferred).
  • 1 years of experience in reception or admin roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Presentable, organized, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
