Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a well-spoken and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.)
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain records, logs, and visitor registers
  • Support other departments when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Well-presented, confident, and customer-focused personality
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling corporate/front desk environments
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour
