Job Overview:
We are looking for a well-spoken and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.)
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain records, logs, and visitor registers
- Support other departments when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Well-presented, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities

- Experience in handling corporate/front desk environments
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
