Role overview — steady in-house office role (not sales / not call centre)
You’ll be the professional face and voice of a small, structured office. This is reliable, on-site evening work with training provided and a clear promotion path to Admin Supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage reception duties professionally.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls; take clear messages.
- Maintain attendance logs and update simple daily reports (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Assist HR & operations with basic admin tasks and handovers.
- Support a safe, orderly evening office environment.
Who we're looking for
- Reliable, punctual, service-oriented individuals.
- Fresh graduates welcome; prior front-desk or admin experience is a plus.
- Comfortable speaking English and Urdu.
- Able to commute safely to Gulshan-e-Iqbal for evening shift.
