Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills; able to multitask and manage interruptions
Compassionate, professional demeanor when working with geriatric residents
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Accurate typing and proofreading skills
Prior clerical or office experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Proficiency with computers and standard office software
Responsibilities
Performs receptionist responsibilities including managing the main switchboard for Waveny LifeCare Network.
Provide administrative support and clerical assistance to all Waveny LifeCare Network departments.
Handling emergency situations assuring sound security and safety procedures.
Supports, promotes, and projects guest relations and positive images to all visitors, residents, and other Waveny LifeCare Network personnel.
