The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of tasks such as answering incoming calls and directing the calls to appropriate individuals, distributing mail and packages, maintaining the flow of correspondence as well as additional clerical duties.

  • Greets visitors and applicants in a friendly and professional manner and ensure they are comfortable
  • Answers phones skillfully with a clear and pleasant voice
  • Confirms and takes appointments
  • Assists Human Resources with the application and hiring process, and maintains all documents and information in a confidential manner
  • Maintains clean and presentable reception area
  • Takes messages correctly and routes appropriately
  • Provides directions and address for location
  • Maintains basic filing and contract administration
  • Provides general office support in a team oriented environment
  • Maintains accurate and current office directory and phone lists
