We are looking for a female candidate to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator and Office Receptionist. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in both logistics and front-office responsibilities. You will manage supply chain activities while also serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities: Logistics Coordination:
- Visualize and manage logistics operations related to warehousing and transportation.
- Prepare customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and HS code sheets.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation companies, as well as with customers, to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Monitor order dispatches and shipment tracking.
- Handle import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct warehouse stock counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform office administration tasks related to logistics and general operations.
Reception & Office Support:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier packages.
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in an orderly and presentable condition.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and support calendar management for management as needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management is preferred.
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes efficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics regulations, customs documentation, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
