The ideal candidates will be patient-oriented, well-organized, and capable of ensuring smooth front-desk operations, accurate medical coding, and effective sales coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage appointments, calls, and front-desk operations.
• Coordinate with doctors and departments to ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Handle billing, insurance coordination, and patient records.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Accurately code and process insurance claims as per DHA/MOH standards.
• Manage claim submission, resubmission, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with doctors and insurance coordinators for accurate documentation.
• Support clinic marketing and sales initiatives — patient follow-up, lead conversion, and service promotion.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
