Receptionist & Office Administrative Assistant Needed

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist & Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is an integral part of our company, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between employees, customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Communication
  • Answer phone calls professionally and courteously, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Greet and assist clients, suppliers, and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Schedule consultations for landscape and maintenance services.
  • Administrative Support
  • Prepare initial consultation folders for new customers.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering, receiving, and storage.
  • Organize and maintain customer and vendor files in accordance with company procedures.
  • HR & Employee Coordination
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and implementing creative hiring strategies.
  • Review applications for completeness and assist in the hiring process.
  • Enter and track employee work hours.
  • Ensure employees receive required compliance documents and complete RedTree paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and tracking vacation/sick leave.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Quickbooks Software
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with administrative tasks and office software
  • HR or office management experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
