Receptionist / Office Administrator

Job Objective

The Front Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our local office run smoothly. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and provides administrative and organizational support to the team.

Job Duties

Responsibilities may evolve over time, but typical duties include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients in person and by phone
  • Answering and returning phone calls
  • Responding to client correspondence
  • Scheduling and booking client appointments
  • Scanning and organizing documents
  • Filing and maintaining office records
  • Preparing and sending mail
  • Assisting with light bookkeeping tasks such as bill paying and data entry

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
