- Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying personal and insurance information.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments as required.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure patient needs are met.
- Operational Duties:
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in inventory management of office and medical supplies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
