Receptionist / OPD Billing Executive / IPD Billing Executive

  • Patient Interaction:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying personal and insurance information.
  • Handle billing inquiries and process payments as required.
  • Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Operational Duties:
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist in inventory management of office and medical supplies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
