Per Diem as Needed | Approximately 25 - 40 Hours per Month | 5 to 8 Hour Shifts | Shifts Vary Between Day or Evening |

The Receptionist at Medford Leas is responsible for welcoming and assisting staff, residents, and visitors, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role involves handling incoming calls, including emergencies and resident-related service calls, and providing various administrative services to support residents, their families, staff, and visitors. The Receptionist works collaboratively with all departments and serves as a liaison to communicate requested information and provide guidance. They must communicate positively and use good judgment to respect confidentiality and protect the privacy of residents, family members, and employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 Years of administrative or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
• Computer literacy with competency in Word, Excel, and willingness to learn new programs.
• Demonstrate professional articulation in both written and oral communication.
• Annual Flu Vaccination Required.
