Job Summary
The Receptionist & Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional
customer service to all clients and visitors while supporting sales activities
related to memberships and renewals. This role ensures a professional,
welcoming front desk experience and contributes to achieving the center’s
enrollment and retention goals.
POSITION TYPE
Full-time position (5 days per week).
Fixed day off: Friday.
Second day off: One weekday (as assigned).
Working hours: 1:00 PM –9:00 PM.
Summer flexibility: Working hours may vary based on seasonal demand.

Front Desk Duties

Greet and welcome all visitors, parents, and members with a friendly and professional attitude.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.

Direct calls and messages to the appropriate staff or department.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.

Manage class schedules, attendance updates, and appointment confirmations.

Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing basic reports.

Coordinate with instructors and operations staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Sales & Customer Service

Promote and sell memberships, packages, and renewals to new and existing clients.

Provide information about available programs, pricing, promotions, and class schedules.

Follow up with potential leads and assist walk-in customers to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Track and record customer payments, receipts, and sales transactions accurately.

Maintain updated customer records in the system.

Support marketing campaigns and in-center promotions to drive sales and customer retention.

Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns to the Center Manager when necessary.
Administrative & Coordination Support

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.

Maintain inventory of front desk materials, forms, and promotional brochures.

Assist with preparing simple weekly reports on enrollments, renewals, and inquiries.

Uphold confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

1–2 years of experience in customer service, reception, and sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using computer systems.
