Key Responsibilities:- Client Interaction: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients in person and on the phone, ensuring they are connected with the right team members.
- Appointment & Office Management: Schedule appointments and manage communications to keep everything running smoothly.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, maintain client records, and ensure all customer needs are met with care and attention.
- Sales & Relationship Building: Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify insurance solutions that fit their needs, contributing to our growth.
- Excellent Service: Continuously provide outstanding customer service, follow up on client needs, and assist with administrative support and projects as needed.
What We're Looking For:- Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and identifying opportunities to support clients.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
