Job Description and Responsibilities

The position requires a full-time receptionist with a strong understanding of dental practices.

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented receptionist with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and preferably a DHA license. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and managing dental appointments;
  • Reviewing consent forms and health questionnaires with patients;
  • Answering phone calls and making outbound calls;
  • Providing information about dental services and answering patient inquiries;
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as managing patient records and documents;
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area;
  • Supporting the dental team with various administrative tasks;
  • Ensuring compliance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or medical setting;
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures;
  • Preferably holds a valid DHA license or is eligible to obtain one;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude;
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is a plus;
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
