Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist/Admin at Prima Luxury, located in Dubai. The Receptionist/Admin will be responsible for handling phone calls, managing reception duties, performing clerical tasks, facilitating communication, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting clients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the office.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Possessing strong Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
