Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented, professional administrative assistance who is eager to learn and grow on the job. The candidate should be able to multitask, manage multiple files effectively and be ready for a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review purchase contracts and title orders from Lenders

- Input of title orders in Qualia and set up files

- Order title work with Company examiners or through independent examiners

- Upon completion of title work, type the title commitment and prepare preliminary documents to be sent back to Lenders, Realtors, Borrowers and Sellers

- Assist closing processor with clearing up title requirements, ordering payoffs, etc.

- Recording of documents at the courthouse

-Willing to learn all of the above and other aspects of the closing process

Qualifications:

- Would prefer minimum of 1 year general office experience

- Working knowledge of Qualia software (not required)

- Familiarity with title work, settlement statements and closing documents preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work both independently and as a part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
