We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented team member to support our Company front desk operations, administrative functions, and accounting processes. This role plays an integral part in delivering exceptional Member service while assisting with financial and billing responsibilities.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Member & Guest Services / Administrative Support
- Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for Members and guests.
- Answer and direct incoming calls with courtesy and efficiency.
- Respond to Member inquiries or route them appropriately while maintaining a service-first approach.
- Address concerns with integrity and poise at all times, escalating matters when appropriate.
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of Company amenities, departments, and services.
- Ensure confidentiality of all Company and Member information at all times.
- Provide cross-departmental administrative support as needed.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support documentation and recordkeeping processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Accounting & Financial Support
- Process payments accurately and in accordance with established internal controls.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Support preparation and distribution of monthly Member billing statements.
- Reconcile payments and maintain accurate Member account records.
- Maintain and update monthly and annual service spreadsheets and internal financial tracking reports.
- Perform data entry, scanning, and financial recordkeeping in alignment with Company standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a professional environment.
- Bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or financial recordkeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, particularly regarding Member financial information.
- Positive, collaborative team members with a proactive work ethic.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to assist where needed.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required)
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience (preferred)
- Computer proficiency (required)
- US work authorization (required)
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday Summer Hours; with overtime benefits
- Weekends and holidays as requested
Ability to Commute/Relocate
Buck Hill Falls, PA: Reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to start date (Required)
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
