Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
  • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries accurately, and take detailed messages when necessary
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and correspondence
  • Utilize office management tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks including basic bookkeeping and invoice processing as needed
  • Support office management activities by organizing supplies, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing general clerical duties

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment or as a receptionist with strong clerical skills
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles demonstrating professionalism and communication skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus
  • Experience working as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
