Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the "face" of our company. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area and fostering a positive atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and checking in visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls, providing basic information.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
  • Maintaining and updating contact databases.
  • Booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments.
  • Maintaining the tidiness and professional appearance of the reception area.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with stationery and supplies, managing inventory.
  • Providing administrative support to company staff (e.g., copying, scanning, assisting with event organization).
  • Performing other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Friendly, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
