Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional front desk support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Handle correspondence, including proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Skills

  • High School Diploma/ GED Required. Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Experience as a front desk receptionist
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail for document accuracy.
  • Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
