Receptionist/Assistant for Real Estate Office

Seeking receptionist / personal assistant for a long-term position in a growing Real Estate Brokerage/Investment company.

*Includes up to $7,000 per year in bonuses! (see below)

Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the office 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
  • Personal assistant to Executive
  • Update excel, sheets, expenses and accounts daily
  • Answer calls
  • Welcome walk-ins
  • Sort Mail
  • Prefill leases
  • Notarize office documents (if you don't have notary, we will help you obtain)
  • Show rental listings (pays additional $300 per rented unit, up to $7,000 per year)
  • Set daily reminders and constantly be on top of reminders and daily tasks.
  • Feed fish in aquarium daily & feed cats when Executive is out of town.
  • Make coffee
  • Keep office clean and maintained

Qualifications:

  • Notary license (we can help you obtain)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remember important daily tasks

Honestly, this is a very simple job that just requires responsibility, reliability , punctuality and dedication. You will have plenty of down time during the day, as long as all of the daily tasks and responsibilities are complete. We are a successful yet small and private Real Estate office in the heart of New Port Richey, right on Little Rd. Your role and responsibilities are critical to the growth and success of the office.

Must be 18+ & must be able to commit reliably to the full 45-hour work week.
Must be available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (45hr week includes overtime pay)
No Smoking policy
Business professional attire
Vacation days and paid time off will be available
