We are looking for a part-time receptionist / office manager that has a positive attitude and will be cheerful to customers and suppliers that call or walk in the door. On a daily basis, you will be asked to work with general tasks such as; answering phone calls, greeting walk-in customers, and appointment scheduling. Weekly and monthly tasks that will need to be managed are: payables/receivables, inventory, account balancing, and payroll.

A valid Iowa drivers license and the minimum of a high school education is required for this position.
For this position we are accepting resumes for one part-time (15-25hrs/wk). The usually the position requires you to work either Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday. Which always allows for a long weekend!
