A reputable clinic in the Ajman is seeking Receptionist/Customer service

Fluent in Arabic and English plus Experiance in Medical center.

Responsibilities include:

- Scheduling appointments between doctors and patients.

- Generating Invoice & collecting payments.

- Communicating with doctors and nurses to understand and serve patients needs.

- Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

- Greeting and attending to patients both in person and over the phone.

- Communicating medical results to patients under clinical supervision.

- Providing professional assistance to doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.

- Possessing basic knowledge of health insurance .

- Assisting with admissions/treatment according to agreed protocols.

- Maintaining confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.

- Adhering to policy and procedures in all activities.
