Receptionist/Document Processor

FILO was founded in 2001 with a simple mission: To drive more revenue for our dealership and financial institution partners. We are on the search for a dynamic Receptionist/Document Processor that will help support our administrative, scanning and document control functions.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm. We may offer schedule flexibility and potential pay increase after the 3–4-month training period.

As the Receptionist/Document Processor you will:

• Manage, process, track and organize incoming electronic loan package documents
• Transfer loan package documents into the company document management system.
• Be the face and voice that welcomes clients/visitors, answers the phone and provide information for customer inquiries.
• Other office duties and assisting other departments as needed.

Successful Receptionist/Document Scanner candidates will have:

• Evidence of good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Possess proficient skills to use Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Word along with Adobe Acrobat
• Demonstrate ability to be a team player, with willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication (phone, verbal and written)
• Previous receptionist/customer service experience is preferred
• Prior auto/titling experience

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Auto/Titling Experience (Helpful)

Prior auto/titling experience (Helpful)
