Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Patient Relations & Marketing Coordinator to join our polyclinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, coordinating their treatment journey, and supporting the clinic’s in-house marketing and content activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception duties – welcoming patients, opening files, and guiding them in selecting suitable packages.

2. Managing medical insurance procedures and documentation.

3. Handling patient inquiries and follow-ups through phone, Meta, and WhatsApp (availability required 24/7 on rotation).

4. Patient coordination – scheduling, reminders, and ensuring smooth patient flow.

5. Coordinating with the Marketing team regarding monthly packages, campaigns, and patient promotions.

6. Following up on content creation activities such as photography, videography, and social media materials.

7. Coordinating with Marketing for content shooting and monitoring the number of patient inquiries.

8. In-house Marketing support – assisting with patient promotions, basic content preparation, and clinic campaigns.

Requirements:

Previous experience in reception, patient coordination, or customer service (preferably in healthcare).

Knowledge of in-house marketing activities is an advantage.

Good knowledge of medical insurance processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English, Arabic, and Persian is required.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
