Receptionist/Hostess

Turtle Point Yacht & Country Club is currently interviewing for the position of a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist/Host. Week day, Night & Weekend Availability a MUST.

This position would work for the following hours ONLY:

Thursday-Friday Nights 4pm-9pm

Saturday 8am-2pm & 4pm-9pm

Sunday 8am-2pm

Hours may vary due to events or functions being held at the club.

We are looking for a part time Receptionist/Host that has a courteous, friendly disposition and works well with others. The Receptionist must have a pleasant, professional appearance and excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work quickly and efficiently.

The duties for our Receptionist/Host include but are not limited to answering the phone, greet & seat members and guests, take dining reservations, respond to e-mails, and other miscellaneous office tasks. A knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
