Receptionist/Office Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members effectively.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with personal assistant tasks as needed to support team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.

Skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerk role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient typing skills for data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with phone systems and effective phone etiquette practices.
