The staff member must relocate to an area near the medical center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system.
- Handle patient inquiries(Social media), direct calls, and relay messages accurately.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Collect payments and process billing or insurance information as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with data protection policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and correspondence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (certificate or diploma in healthcare administration preferred).
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication (Arabic, Hindi & English) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in computer systems and scheduling software.
- Professional appearance and courteous attitude.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,750.00 per month
