About the role

Unleash your potential with some of the world’s biggest brands as the next Graduate Trainees at Reckitt.

Our 12-month Graduate Trainee Program is designed to turn talented graduates in KSA into future leaders. Featuring 4-month rotations within multiple functions (Sales, Trade Marketing, e-Commerce, Finance & Supply Chain) our program enables a deeper understanding through first hand experience within the business with some of the leading global consumer products.

Graduates will also receive guidance, mentorship, and regular feedback to support their personal and professional growth. At the end of the 12 months Graduate Trainee Program, successful trainees will be assessed for full-time opportunities where roles are available.

Applications will be considered until 27th March 2026 and shortlisted graduates will be contacted for interviews.

KSA Graduate program starts on Sunday 12th April 2026.

Are a recent graduate of bachelor’s or master’s degree (2024 onwards)
Have 0-2 years of work experience
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are able to commit to a minimum duration of 12 months
Are ambitious, driven, agile and creative – with a can-do attitude
