Job Description

Position Summary

The Records Librarian is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized client records,

coordinating documentation requirements, supporting case management processes, and

ensuring compliance with state and agency requirements. This role also assists with

administrative duties, including record tracking, scheduling, and communication with internal staff, guardians, providers, and regulatory agencies.

Essential Job Duties

Key Responsibilities

● File written client documentation and maintain and oversee the computerized client

records system.

● Coordinate client and operational meetings for MCDS involving internal and outside

stakeholders.

● Track and distribute required documentation and reports to internal customers and

outside MCDS partners timely and accurately.

● Check online outside record systems and report to internal stakeholders.

● High School Diploma or GED required

● Some college preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
