Recovery Consultant cum Customer Service Representative(Own Visa)

Job Description:

• Handle customer interactions professionally, including difficult and demanding clients.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and ensure timely recovery.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and disputes effectively.
• Maintain clear communication while managing sensitive situations.
• Negotiate payment plans and ensure positive client relationships.
