Recovery Executive – Sialkot

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and effective engagement.
  • Cross-functional Coordination - Work closely with Sales and Branch teams to ensure alignment of operational and financial objectives.
  • Customer Visits & Follow-ups - Visit customers on behalf of the sales team for coordination, relationship management, and receivable follow-ups.
  • Invoice Management - Ensure timely dispatch of invoices and confirm receipt by the relevant customer approval authorities.
  • Discrepancy Resolution - Identify and resolve invoice-related discrepancies highlighted by customers in a timely manner.
  • Operational Support - Perform tasks as assigned by the Branch Accountant and Branch Manager to support overall branch efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong commercial understanding with the ability to manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
