Recovery Head (Male/Female)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recovery strategies for and written-off portfolios to maximize returns.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day recovery, collections, and asset repossession activities.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and set KPIs for recovery specialists, analysts, and call center teams to enhance productivity.
• Negotiation & Debt Resolution: Manage high-level negotiations with external partners, debtors, and legal counsel for effective resolution.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all recovery actions adhere to financial regulations, debt collection laws, and company policies.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recovery performance, projections, and progress for senior management.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and implement improvements to increase collection rates and reduce cycle times. Indeed +8

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 5–8+ years of experience in recovery, debt management, financial services, or real estate finance, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields;
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in debt collection systems, data analysis tools (like MS Office/Excel), and reporting.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
