Recovery Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a disciplined, confident, and result-oriented Recovery Officer (Retired Army / Navy Officer) to manage and oversee recovery operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, professional conduct, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise recovery of outstanding payments from customers.
• Conduct field visits and meetings with clients for payment follow-ups.
• Maintain professional communication with defaulters and negotiate payment settlements.
• Prepare and submit regular recovery reports to management.
• Ensure recovery targets are achieved within the assigned timeline.
• Coordinate with finance and legal departments for recovery-related matters.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism while dealing with clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.

Requirements

• Retired Army or Navy Officer preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in recovery, administration, or security roles.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Presentable personality with good height and strong physical presence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in the field and handle challenging situations.
• Good knowledge of documentation and reporting.
