Job Overview
We are seeking a disciplined, confident, and result-oriented Recovery Officer (Retired Army / Navy Officer) to manage and oversee recovery operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, professional conduct, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise recovery of outstanding payments from customers.
- Conduct field visits and meetings with clients for payment follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication with defaulters and negotiate payment settlements.
- Prepare and submit regular recovery reports to management.
- Ensure recovery targets are achieved within the assigned timeline.
- Coordinate with finance and legal departments for recovery-related matters.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism while dealing with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.
Requirements
- Retired Army or Navy Officer preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in recovery, administration, or security roles.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Presentable personality with good height and strong physical presence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the field and handle challenging situations.
- Good knowledge of documentation and reporting.
